The following words and terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the ra999 website, application, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on ra999 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = bets worth ৳50,000 must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering calculations are based on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games on the ra999 platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• No other promotion may be active while participating in one promotional offer.
• ra999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Program

The ra999 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are provided based on a user's activity and tier within a given period. ra999 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP tiers.

6.1 Betting Responsibility

Placing bets on ra999 is entirely the user's own decision. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was placed unintentionally due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and others), kabaddi, and more. All sports bets are settled according to the defined rules.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable settlement policy will be followed.
• ra999 reserves the right to correct any clearly erroneous odds.
• In cases of suspicious betting activity, ra999 may withhold payouts until an investigation is complete.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Technical Issues
